OBJECTIVE:  To create new content strategies to drive revenue and build brand recognition.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have experience creating digital content for an influential brand, will have excellent writing and language skills will have great storytelling capabilities, and will enjoy creating digital content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create content such as core website copy, blog posts, magazine articles, product descriptions, landing pages, and e-books.
  • Participate in planning and strategizing for inbound marketing campaign execution including content, content schedule, platforms, and measurements
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
  • Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client success
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO

COMMITMENT:  This is a virtual position.  You will be an independent contractor and must supply your own computer, internet, and phone. You MUST be available during normal business hours (M-F, 9:00 am to 6 pm) Central Time. Critical business items, customer replies, updates, and reports must be provided during normal business hours.  Position requires a 6-month commitment with at least 15 hours per week to start.  Travel to live events is a possibility; if so, travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

OBJECTIVE: To provide high-level leadership, management, and problem-solving.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have experience providing management support for an influential brand, will be awesome at multitasking, and will have great critical thinking skills.

We are in search of two candidates who are interested in serving on our Executive Team. Use your business, leadership, and people skills to inspire exceptional performance. Maximize sales and profits for MotivatHER Inc. Ensure great guest service and team member satisfaction. Create a fast-paced, energetic environment that delivers a consistent MotivatHER brand experience for team members and guests.

The Executive Intern role is a 10-week unpaid internship program that focuses on leadership & management.

About 3 weeks into the internship, the intern will identify an opportunity in the company. They will then create a Special Project to fix this opportunity. The intern will be able to use team members and resources to help plan and execute their projects. Interns will spend the rest of their internship executing their special projects. At the end of the internship, interns will present their projects to company leadership.

Interns can plan to work about 20 hours per week.

COMMITMENT:  This is a virtual position.  You will be an intern and must supply your own computer, internet, and phone. You MUST be available for our weekly team meetings (Mondays 3:00 pm) Central Time. Critical business items, updates, and reports must be provided during normal business hours.  Position requires a 10-week commitment with at least 20  hours per week to start.
