 Social Media Manager

OBJECTIVE: To administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have experience leading social media for an influential brand, will be awesome at building successful social media campaigns, will have great story telling capabilities, and will enjoy creating community engagement among an online tribe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Social Media Manager will primarily be responsible for:

  • Social Media Brand Management: Acting as the brand voice and master story teller for across all of our social media platforms. You’ll do this by developing and executing a regular posting strategy, including writing the content, designing the images and scheduling the posts.
  • Social Media Growth: Developing strategies to grow our social media platforms both in customer engagement (comments, dialogue, sharing) and numeric value (number of followers, friends).
  • Campaign Creation: Partner with our content and marketing teams to help support our product launches on the social front. You’ll do this by designing and executing results-driven, lead-generating, and high-converting social media campaigns.
  • Analytics: Constantly tracking and reporting on social analytics and metrics, making suggestions for improvement based on your findings in these reports.
  • Research: Researching and staying up to speed on new social media marketing strategies and how we can use them to add value to our audience.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

COMMITMENT:  This is a virtual position.  You will be an independent contractor and must supply your own computer, internet, and phone. You MUST be available during normal business hours (M-F, 9:00 am to 6 pm) Eastern Time. Critical business items, customer replies, updates and reports must be provided during normal business hours.  Position requires a 6 to 8 month commitment with at least 15  hours per week to start.  Travel to live  events is a possibility; if so, travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

Content Creator

OBJECTIVE:  To create new content strategies to drive revenue and build brand recognition.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have experience creating digital content for an influential brand, will have excellent writing and language skills will have great story telling capabilities, and will enjoy creating digital content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create content such as core website copy, blog posts, magazine articles, product descriptions, landing pages and e-books.
  • Participate in planning and strategizing for inbound marketing campaign execution including content, content schedule, platforms and measurements
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
  • Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client success
  • Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
  • Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO

Executive Assistant to Regina Coley

OBJECTIVE: To provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and perform clerical functions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support for an influential brand, will be awesome at multitasking and will have great communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for:

  • Comfortable performing clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents. Photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed.
  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
  • Manages executive schedule and acts as liaison for executive team
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
  • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files
  • Prepares information and research for executive needs
  • May help plan company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects.

COMMITMENT:  This is a virtual and partial in person position.  You will be an independent contractor and must supply your own computer, internet, and phone. You MUST be available during normal business hours (M-F, 9:00 am to 6 pm) Eastern Time. Critical business items, customer replies, updates and reports must be provided during normal business hours.  Position requires a 6 to 8 month commitment with at least 15  hours per week to start. This position must be local to Atlanta, GA as we will be meeting in person monthly.

Executive Intern

OBJECTIVE: To provide high-level leadership, management, and problem solving.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have experience providing management support for an influential brand, will be awesome at multitasking and will have great critical thinking skills.

We are in search of two candidates who are interested in serving on our Executive Team. Use your business, leadership and people skills to inspire exceptional performance. Maximize sales and profits for MotivatHER Inc. Ensure great guest service and team member satisfaction. Create a fast-paced, energetic environment that delivers a consistent MotivatHER brand experience for team members and guests.

The Executive Intern role is a 10 week unpaid internship program that focuses on leadership & management.

About 3 weeks into the internship, the intern will identify an opportunity in the company. They will then
create a Special Project to fix this opportunity. The intern will be able to use team members and resources
to help plan and execute their project. Interns will spend the rest of their internship executing their
special project. At the end of the internship Interns will present their projects to company leadership.

Interns can plan to work about 20 hours per week.

COMMITMENT:  This is a virtual position.  You will be a intern and must supply your own computer, internet, and phone. You MUST be available for our weekly team meetings (Mondays 3:00 pm) Eastern Time. Critical business items, updates and reports must be provided during normal business hours.  Position requires a 10 week commitment with at least 20  hours per week to start.
