I purchased a downloadable product. How do I download it?

Your downloadable product(s) will be available in the order confirmation email you received at checkout. Look for the heading, “eShipment” in the confirmation email and locate the provided product download link. Right-click on the link and select “Save Link As” or “Save Target As.” Change the destination location to “Desktop” and select “Save.”

NOTE: Some files have been zipped (compressed) to decrease download times. Both Windows and Mac OS have built-in software that will convert the zipped file into a usable file when you click on the file to open it.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. During high traffic times, such as the Christmas shopping season, orders that have been processed may take more time to ship due to the quantity of orders we receive daily.

What are your shipping options?

We offer multiple shipping options to choose from during checkout. The default choice will always be the most economical, but not necessarily the fastest.

  • $4.95 ECONOMY SHIPPING This method typically ships via the U.S. Postal Service and should arrive in 6-12 business days (closer to 6 days for states nearest to GA, closer to 12 days for states farthest from GA). Delivery Confirmation Tracking is included with most ECONOMY SHIPPING orders. A separate email is sent when the order processes at the warehouse and is ready to be picked up by UPS/USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active.
  • $6.95 STANDARD SHIPPING This method typically ships via UPS and should arrive in 4-7 Business Days (closer to 4 days for states nearest to GA, closer to 7 days for states farthest from GA). This method is trackable. A separate email is sent when the order processes at the warehouse and is ready to be picked up by UPS/USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active.

    NOTE: UPS Can NOT deliver to a PO Box. If you want your package delivered to a PO Box please select “economy shipping.”

  • SECOND DAY AIR: Orders placed before 11:00am on a business day will be delivered in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am on a business daywill be delivered in 3 business days. This method is trackable and will include a tracking number on the shipping confirmation e-mail.
  • NEXT DAY AIR: Orders placed before 11:00am on a business day will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00am on a business day will be delivered in 2 business days. This method is trackable and will include a tracking number on the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Contact our Coley Care Sales team directly at 1.678.348.6948 to place an order that will be shipped outside the US or email support@reginacoley.com for more information. (Some restrictions apply.) If you do have a U.S. Compatible debit card or PayPal® account, we recommend our downloadable products  – no shipping charges, no customs fee, no waiting.

Why do I need to create an account?

If you are a first-time visitor to the online store, we ask that you please create an account. Creating an account allows us to store your information for your return visits. If you’ve already created an account with us, you do not need to create another.

How do I log into my account?

To sign in to the store, view your previous orders, or to retrieve downloadable products click here. To create a new account click here. If you already have an account with us, sign in by entering your username and password and click “Continue” to enter the store.

What if I forgot my password?

No problem! Just click on the “My Account” link and find the “Forgotten Password” section. Enter your username, select the “Submit” button. Your password will be emailed to the email address that was supplied when the account was created.

How do I use a coupon code in the store?

We are all about bargains and saving money and one of the easiest ways to save money is to use coupons!

If you received one of Regina’s online store coupons, you can redeem it at checkout by simply entering the coupon code in the box under “Discount Code?” Click the “Apply” button and the total will be updated accordingly.

How secure is this site?

You can feel confident in purchasing from us! Our security team has made every effort to ensure our online store utilizes the latest encryption to ensure a safe and secure transaction.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel that you have been treated well by people who really care about you.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, and you want to return it or get a refund, we want to make that easy for you. With that in mind, here are the simple rules:

  • TANGIBLE PRODUCTS must be returned in their original condition, unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them. Kits must be returned with all of their original contents intact, and special promotional packages must also be returned with all original items intact, including any free premium items which were included.If these requirements are met, and no more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund by debit card, less shipping costs). We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived at our facility.
  • BULK SALES are not refundable. Please contact your sales advisor with any issues or questions.
  • DOWNLOADS cannot be returned unless they are deemed inherently defective and unusable. You must verify the compatibility of your system before buying downloadable items. Incompatibility with your system is not an acceptable reason for a refund.
  • EVENT PASSES to any of Regina Coley’s Live Events (e.g. Cultivator Conference,  Called to Cultivate Tour) are transferable but not refundable. Any event pass transfer not expressly authorized by Regina Coley  is VOID. In the event you purchased a pass and cannot attend the event, please contact Coley Care. Your payment will be credited toward the purchase of a live event pass for another Coley Care Live Event.
  • REGISTRATION FEES for our Regina Coley’s training events such as Called to Cultivate Masterclass, or Workshops are unique to each of those events. Please contact your customer care directly to learn of our refund/cancellation policy for each event.
  • SUBSCRIPTION FEES for the Called to Cultivate Community can be refunded for up to 30 days from the date of the most recent charge.
  • COUNSELING FEES (e.g. for personal counseling/coaching services) are not refundable as we are a fee-for-time service. We promise you will get out of the counseling session what you put into it.
